Job Description

As a Mid-Level Developer, your task is to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business needs. The ideal candidate will serve as a first responder for business-critical issues, working independently on solutions while knowing when to engage the broader development team for complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Angular, and related technologies
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Document technical solutions and maintain system documentation
• Perform impact analysis for proposed changes and communicate findings to stakeholders
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in .NET framework and C#
• Hands-on experience with Angular (2 ) and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning
• Experience with Entity Framework (both Code-First and Database-First approaches)
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Version control with Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Python programming experience
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services
• Knowledge of Agile development practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with unit testing and test automation
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Good judgment in escalating complex issues when necessary
  
  

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for business stakeholders reporting technical issues
• Analyze and resolve production issues independently when possible
• Develop new features and maintain existing functionality in our .NET and Angular applications.
• Work on Python applications and scripts when needed.
• Write and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and maintain database performance
• Collaborate with the development team on larger, more complex initiatives
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on architectural decisions
• Document solutions and maintain technical documentation
