UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Functional Peoplesoft Business Analyst for a fully remote role. Candidates in the EST time zone are preferred. Must have a LinkedIn Account. There could be light travel for initial onboarding, offboarding, and emergencies.

As a Functional Business Analyst, your responsibilities include:
- Configuring and maintaining base tables within the PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM application.
- Troubleshooting functional module issues and researching Oracle PUM Image functionality.
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements and translating them into system configurations.
- Developing project artifacts, such as workflows, Functional Requirement Documents, and test scripts.
- Participating in PUM and PeopleTools upgrades, QA testing, and implementation activities.
- Collaborating with technical teams to resolve production schedule issues and conducting system testing.
- Documenting and following protocols for process failures and providing reports on analyses and testing plans.
Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
- 4 years of relevant experience in functional business analysis or equivalent roles.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Ability to develop business process workflows and artifacts (e.g., RTM, test cases).
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft updates, PUM Images, and PeopleTools upgrades.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor analysts and resolve project issues effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred (but not required).
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
