Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment
• Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring excellent customer service and performance
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies
• Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally to maintain satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-food industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
