- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Substantial professional expertise with progressive highway design projects
- NJDOT and/or NJTA project experience
- OpenRoads/InRoads and/or Auto CAD Civil 3D experience
- AutoTurn experience
- Experience with project specifications, scheduling, and cost estimating
- Design Build Experience a plus
