Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for executives and department leaders regarding HR matters.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Manage recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates and negotiating offers in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits.
- Support onboarding and ensure a seamless new hire experience.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems (SAP-HR, ADP) to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, including hiring success, employee experience, attrition, and exit interview trends.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting and merit processing.
- Support expatriate employees as needed.
- Handle employee relations and HR inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline HR processes.
- Participate in company-wide HR projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
- Strong background in partnering with senior leadership on HR strategies.
- Experience managing HR projects, deadlines, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (SAP-HR, ADP) is a plus.
- Strong job tenure and dependability.

- Solid experience in HR functions, including employee relations and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
