Job Description:

Hybrid role to support the Lead Recruiter as well as the HR Manager and Generalist with a wide range of HR and recruiting duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Review job details and prepare postings
  • In coordination with hiring manager determine recruitment strategy including pre-screening questions, and where advertising would occur
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networking, and online tools.
  • Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews where applicable.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Develop pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions as well as hard to fill locations.
  • Provide consultation and training to hiring managers regarding recruitment and selection processes as well as interviewing.
  • Lead the Affirmative Action and Diversity and Inclusion initiative.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Maintain the organization structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintain and update US HR policies and standard operating procedures
  • Perform additional HR generalist duties as needed and assigned.

Education And Experience:

  • Bachelor"s Degree required; preferred degrees include Human Resources and/or Business Management and three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • OR a Master"s degree and one year of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working as an HR professional within a manufacturing setting preferred.
  • 3 years" experience conducting full life-cycle recruiting.
  • Prior experience working and applying HR principles

Descripción Del Puesto:

Puesto híbrido para apoyar al Reclutador Principal, así como al Gerente de RR. HH. y al Generalista en una amplia gama de tareas de RR. HH. y reclutamiento, según sea necesario.

Responsabilidades:

  • Revisar los detalles de las vacantes y preparar las publicaciones.
  • En coordinación con el gerente de contratación, determinar la estrategia de reclutamiento, incluyendo preguntas de preselección y dónde se publicarán los anuncios.
  • Buscar y reclutar candidatos mediante bases de datos, redes sociales, redes sociales y herramientas en línea.
  • Realizar una selección inicial de candidatos, así como entrevistas telefónicas o entrevistas cuando corresponda.
  • Realizar entrevistas utilizando diversas herramientas confiables de reclutamiento y selección.
  • Actuar como punto de contacto y construir relaciones influyentes con los candidatos durante el proceso de selección.
  • Desarrollar una cartera de talento, específicamente para puestos con alta demanda y para puestos difíciles de cubrir.
  • Brindar consultoría y capacitación a los gerentes de contratación sobre los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, así como sobre entrevistas.
  • Liderar la iniciativa de Acción Afirmativa, Diversidad e Inclusión.
  • Realizar la incorporación de empleados y ayudar a organizar iniciativas de capacitación y desarrollo.
  • Brindar apoyo a los empleados en diversos temas relacionados con RR. HH., como licencias y compensación, y resolver cualquier problema que pueda surgir. * Recopilar y analizar datos con métricas útiles de RR. HH., como el tiempo de contratación y la rotación de personal.
  • Mantener la estructura organizativa actualizando los requisitos y las descripciones de todos los puestos.
  • Mantener y actualizar las políticas y los procedimientos operativos estándar de RR. HH. de EE. UU.
  • Realizar tareas adicionales de RR. HH. según sea necesario y se le asignen.

Educación y Experiencia:

  • Se requiere licenciatura; se prefieren títulos en Recursos Humanos y/o Administración de Empresas y tres (3) años de experiencia laboral relevante.
  • O una maestría y un año de experiencia laboral relevante.
  • Se prefiere experiencia trabajando como profesional de RR. HH. en un entorno de fabricación.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en la contratación durante todo el ciclo de vida del puesto.
  • Experiencia previa trabajando y aplicando los principios de RR. HH.
