POSITION: Human Resources Intern 2025
Summary
Cambridge Savings Bank’s Summer 2025 Internship Program is a talent pipeline program designed to provide college students with the foundation needed for a career in the banking industry and a thorough understanding of the everyday functions of a community bank. As a Human Resources Intern, you will have an opportunity to gain exposure and knowledge across various HR functions, including but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Training, HR Operations and HR Business Partners. Additionally, the HR Intern will lead and support current department projects and initiatives tied to CSB’s strategic plan.

- Dedicated CSB Internship Coordinator for coaching and mentoring.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Currently enrolled in a full-time, undergraduate degree program.
- Consistently demonstrates teamwork, strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments and projects.
- Demonstrates academic aptitude, a strong work ethic, and involvement in college and/or community programs.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
