We are seeking a Pyrometry Electrician to join our team and play a critical role in installing, maintaining, and calibrating advanced temperature measurement systems in industrial environments. Key Responsibilities
- Install & Maintain Sensors – Set up and maintain thermocouples, infrared pyrometers, and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) to ensure precise temperature monitoring.
- Calibrate Equipment – Regularly test and adjust temperature measurement tools to guarantee accuracy.
- Troubleshoot & Repair – Diagnose and resolve faulty wiring, sensor failures, burner safety systems, and process control issues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Work with Industrial Heat Equipment – Operate in high-temperature environments like steel mills, glass factories, and aerospace manufacturing where precision is critical.
- Follow Safety Regulations – Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards while working in extreme heat conditions.
- Experience in metals, coatings, ceramics, glass, aerospace, or other temperature-sensitive industries.
- Knowledge of AMS2750, CQI-9, or other industry thermal, quality standards.

- Hands-on experience with thermocouples, pyrometers, and related instrumentation.
- Strong electrical and electronics background with a focus on troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and repair natural gas-fired burners and burner safety systems.
- Comfortable using multimeters, infrared tools, and other handheld instrumentation.
- Skilled in mechanical, electrical, or process control troubleshooting.
- 5–10 years of direct experience preferred, but flexible for the right candidate.
