The Application Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the expansion and effective use of the Intelligrants grant management software. Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for the expansion of Intelligrants use within OCD DRU, aligning with the evolving needs of disaster recovery grant programs.
- Develop comprehensive plans to guide the deployment, adoption, and usage of Intelligrants software.
- Monitor and report on the progress of Intelligrants implementation and usage, ensuring milestones are met and challenges are addressed promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the OCD DRU, OTS leadership, and the software vendor, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Implement program management best practices to ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations to OCD DRU and OTS leadership, providing clear and actionable information on program progress.
- Foster a collaborative environment and adopt Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance project execution and team performance (desirable).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Intelligrants Grant Management Software: Demonstrated experience with the installation and usage of Intelligrants grant management software by public sector entities.
- Program Management: Solid background in program management and status reporting, with the ability to convey relevant information to leadership effectively.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
- Must possess problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
- Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
- Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
- Agile/Scrum Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable and considered an asset for this role.
