We are seeking an IT Coordinator in Marshfield, MO. The
Information Technology generalist responsible for providing first-tier helpdesk support, managing ticket queues, creating purchase orders, maintaining and updating technical documentation, handling software renewals, and overseeing other recurring IT processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services and supporting our internal teams.
- Provide initial technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software and network issues. Escalate complex issues as needed.
- Monitor and manage the IT helpdesk ticketing system. Prioritize and assign tickets to appropriate team members. Ensure Timely resolution of all tickets and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and process purchase orders for IT equipment, software and services. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing. Track and manage inventory of IT assets, including software renewals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals for IT staff and end-users. Ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Assist with routine IT audits and compliance tasks. Support the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
