Responsibilities Include
- Desktop & Printer support
- Workstation application support
- Server application support
- Line of business application support
- Contacting Vendor/manufacturer on behalf of clients
- Creating and managing exchange and 0365 emails
- Creating and managing user accounts
- New PC and workstation setups
- Assist with Managing MS O365 licensing
- Troubleshooting network connectivity and network devices
- Troubleshooting specialty equipment/devices including IO cameras/sensors/ect
- Assist with receiving shipments, updating sales order statuses, and scheduling as needed.
- Assist with onsite support as needed
- Participate in weekly company meetings and other meetings as necessary to the Help Desk
- Documentation using company software
