- Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with program goals and milestones.
- Partner effectively with technical and product counterparts to drive cohesive efforts.
- Guide teams in translating program goals and milestones into actionable agile execution plans.
- Collaborate with external vendors to foster strong relationships and manage product and technical dependencies.
- Utilize JIRA expertise to build insightful reports, track progress, identify trends, and address challenges proactively.
- Manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with project timelines and vendor dependencies.
- Effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Influence and motivate teams without formal authority, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Extensive experience in interfacing and coordinating with multiple vendors.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in project tracking across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise project updates, risks, and issues to senior-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and lead successful teams.
- JIRA expertise with a focus on reporting and data analysis.
- Experience in managing product roadmaps and vendor dependencies.
