A Brief Overview
Responsible for leading and being a resource and mentor for Patient Services Representatives (PSR) and other appropriate staff. Provides guidance and orientation to new hires. Responsible for scheduling, maintaining, and disseminating an accurate staff schedule, including acquisition, retention, and organization of documentation, and will provide clerical services for the clinic as indicated. Performs reception duties for all medical personnel and visitors as needed including computer entry, phone answering, patient, staff, and physician communication.

What You Will Do
- Acts as a liaison and assistant to clinic leadership to monitor work of staff, including providing input to the clinic leadership for appraising performance.
- Maintains appropriate staffing levels to maximize efficiency.
- Maintains work flow to ensure a smooth patient process through waiting area.
- Acts as a main resource for training new staff, ongoing coaching, and monitoring staff duties and performance.
- Addresses daily work issues by addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Reviews and orders supplies for the clinic to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Acts as a liaison with other departments, clinics, and hospital.
- Completes all duties of Patient Services Representative.
- Functions as super user of EMR, sharing and educating staff on updates.
- Provides information to employees/visitors within scope of knowledge or refers to appropriate individuals.

Required Education, License/Certification, Or Work Experience
- Associate's or equivalent from two-year college; or equivalent combination of education and experience
