the employee will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the dispatching of products and services to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and dispatching, with a passion for providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch Coordination: Manage and coordinate the dispatching of products and services to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on dispatch status.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM system.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any dispatch-related issues, working closely with logistics and operations teams.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze dispatch and sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales and dispatching, preferably in (your industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
