Shift: Overnight / 3rd Shift (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating - 3 Days On, 2 Days Off, 2 Days On, 3 Days Off
Hours: 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next (alternating weekends OT as needed)
Pay: $33 - $35/hr

Key Responsibilities
Maintain & repair plant machinery and equipment, including mixers, slitters, coating equipment, compressed air systems, and pumps.
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems (non-coolant applications).
Handle electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation of electronic controls/equipment.
Execute electrical shutdown/startup of low to medium voltage equipment.
Conduct inspections, preventative maintenance, and adjustments on all production and facility equipment.
What We're Looking For:Education: High school diploma or GED (Post-secondary education in HVAC, electronics, or industrial mechanics preferred).
Experience: 5 years in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment, with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting & repair. (Experience in the converting or printing industry is a plus!)
