Job Responsibilities

• Work with Safety, Test Engineering, and Shop Operations to develop procedures to ensure safe and efficient machine testing and maintenance at machine Testing Laboratory.
• Conduct Risk Assessments
• Develop Safe Job Procedures and facilitate the process from origination through review to publication
• Maintain process document links and data in dashboards
• Document Client Requirements
• Research New technologies
• Document and Deploy solutions that help our clients develop world class products
• Review Process Breakdown to understand Root Cause
• Develop Corrective Actions the resolve longstanding issues
  
  

Required Qualification

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Engineering or Technical background
• 2 year minimum experience
• Process Documentation
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to details
• Lean/Six Sigma
• Project Management
• A passion to seek to understand the needs of the clints and customers.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration mindset
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• BA Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Technical Equivalent (nice to have)
• Machine Testing
• Machine Design
