- Plan and design manufacturing processes in an industrial plant.
- Maximize efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.
- Determine parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and process execution.
- Troubleshoot issues on the production line and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing support, with a preference for 3-5 years.
