Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day campaign operations, coordinating content development, execution of monthly and annual reporting, and ensuring effective implementation of marketing strategies across marketing channels.

Primary Responsibilities
40% - Campaign Development and Management:
- Execute marketing campaigns according to established strategy.
- Managing day-to-day campaign operations with Maritz Digital Experience partners.
- Monitoring campaign performance and implementing optimizations as directed.
- Maintaining campaign calendars and timelines.
- Coordinating with vendors and partners for campaign execution
- Coordinating with content writers to ensure lead gen content aligns with strategy.
- Managing content calendar and publication schedules.
- Implementing social media content plans.
- Coordinating with designers for marketing collateral.
- Ensuring consistent messaging across all content
- Tracking marketing performance metrics and creating regular reports with findings.
- Monitoring lead generation KPIs.
- Compiling analytics reports from various marketing platforms on a monthly and annual basis.
- Coordinates with product, sales, presale and marketing teams to execute campaign initiatives according to established timelines.
- Maintains regular communication with product team to accurately reflect features and benefits in marketing materials.
- Supports sales team requests for campaign assets and marketing collateral.
- Participates in marketing team meetings to report on campaign progress and coordinate upcoming initiatives.
- 3 years' experience in implementing lead generation campaigns
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day marketing operations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with marketing tools like Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, LinkedIn Ads, Wordpress and Hubspot preferred
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience coordinating with content writers and designers
