Job Description
Client in Reading, PA seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Lead. This company has not yet implemented MDM before, and need someone that understands the technicality and processes around MDM. They will collaborating with leadership closely on building a strategy on MDM and MDM tool selection help. This lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the organizations MDM strategy. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and security of master data across the enterprise, supporting business operations and decision-making processes.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management
- Experience with implementing MDM tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Proficiency in MDM software and data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management null
