Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Key job responsibilities
- Program Lead for acquired community events. Owns event strategy and logistics execution for acquired community conferences, including Subsidiary Leadership Summits, Subsidiary CTO Summits, Subsidiary CFO Summits, etc.
- Partners with the CDI team to develop and execute event strategies, sequencing, and logistics for key acquired employee events, such as deal announcements, integration planning workshops, close activities, and Day 1 orientations.
- Support CDI Integration Managers in the planning and execution of onsite due diligence sessions, including logistics coordination with local contacts.
- Collaborates with M&A cross-functional partners to coordinate and schedule key leadership one-on-one meetings and interviews during due diligence and job mapping workshops.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 5 year of event management experience
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the company
- Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 20–30%) to support integration-related events and onsite initiatives
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated experience in creative and effective communications with a variety of audiences
