Job Title: Mobile SDET - Automation Engineer
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
What's the Job?
- Lead and design automated solutions including unit testing, functional testing, UI testing, and performance testing for mobile applications.
- Develop and document test UI automation and application framework enhancements in Java and Appium.
- Implement new testing frameworks for future products and features while maintaining automated regression suites/packages.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure software quality.
- Innovatively uncover issues during the development phase and contribute to quality improvement processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on mobile automation.
- Hands-on experience with mobile test automation tools, specifically Appium, and proficiency in Java and Shell scripting.
- Experience in designing and building automation frameworks from scratch or using open-source tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD management tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.
