Conveniently located near Providence Health Center Hospital, our hotel provides easy access to popular attractions such as Magnolia Market at the Silos and Baylor University. Before discovering the excitement nearby or attending a football game at McLane Stadium. Guest can take a moment to complete any lingering work tasks. Using their suite's work desk and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Guest can relax in our suite's living area afterwards while browsing the premium cable and movie options offered on our flat-panel TVs. In the morning, stop by our free breakfast buffet for some delicious hearty and healthy options such as waffles, eggs, pastries and fresh fruit. Guest can work up a sweat using the equipment found at our fitness center, open 24 hours for their convenience. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM) assist with check-ins reservations and inquiries.
- Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Experience: 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows spreadsheets and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
- Attributes: Friendly service-oriented with excellent communication and detail-oriented.
