Job Description
As an NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle, from prototyping through to the final rollout. The typical lifecycle duration spans 1 to 1.5 years. You will manage all aspects of the process, including planning, characterization, test development, execution, and ensuring the timely delivery of customer milestones. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including design, R&D, and manufacturing, to achieve key project milestones and objectives.
Compensation
$130k/yr - 150k/yr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills And Requirements
Component-level understanding of modules and their functionalities
Background experience in testing space
Fundamental understanding of physics
Experience and expertise with SOI, CMOS, and PA filters
Experience with RF front end modules and Wifi
Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field, with 3-4 years of industry experience Bilingual Chinese or Korean speaker, preferred
Understanding of wafer-level processes
Experience with industry leaders such as Skyworks, Qorvo, or Qualcomm is highly desirable
Experience managing full product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, preferred null
