What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Family Medicine position at Lensa?
Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a well-established practice at PMG Gresham. You will join a dedicated, passionate, mission-driven group of providers who are making a vital impact to those in need by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, patient population (all ages). You’ll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered medical home made up of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. The facility is also in an excellent location in the city of Gresham - which is not only one of the largest suburbs of Portland, but it’s close location to the Cascades means you will have convenient access to both the mountains and the city.
Providence Medical Group is an organization of employed physicians, with more than 90 clinics across the state of Oregon and Southwest Washington. Its 1,500 providers possess a wide range of clinical expertise, including Family and Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, Dermatology and Occupational Medicine. At Providence Medical Group, patients enjoy close-to-home access to dedicated providers in primary, specialty or urgent care clinics, with clinical and operational support from centralized Providence programs.
