Summary

Join our team as an Operations Lead . This role offers face-to-face interaction with all employees and a vital opportunity to lead and support the security team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Get To Do:

• Ensure all Posts and Sites are adequately covered daily.
• Regularly check posts to ensure compliance.
• Conduct checks at each security post.
• Provide relief breaks to on-duty security guards as needed under exigent circumstances.
• Collaborate with COR and Contractor’s Project Manager to address personnel issues and complaints.
• Communicate regularly with COR regarding intelligence, lookouts, hazards, and criminal activity.
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum One (1) year of supervisory experience required.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• High School Diploman or GED.
• Must be able to withstand the physical demands of the job and capable of responding to emergencies.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Must know a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
