- Overseeing daily cement production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures.
- Managing and training production staff to optimize performance.
- Monitoring equipment and coordinating maintenance schedules.
- Analyzing production data and generating reports for continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
