The Division of Water Resource Management’s (DWRM) Executive Services Program is accepting applications for an Other Personal Services (OPS) Operations Analyst I position. This position is primarily responsible for assisting with document and file management, scanning of documents, document disposition, data entry and other special projects as assigned. This position also provides coverage and support for the security desk staff.

Your Specific Responsibilities

- Provides assistance to supervisor and staff that includes scanning of documents, archiving of records, file disposition and data entry.
- Assists with program efforts to convert existing paper files into an electronic format, including archiving in the electronic document management system.
- Creates, organizes and maintains electronic files.
- Performs quality assurance and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy of records and data files.
- Assists staff and the public in researching and retrieving files and data.
- Staffs security desk on a regular schedule to provide break coverage for security staff.
- Other duties as required.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Knowledge of entering and editing data into a computer system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to organize files and other documents.
- Ability to work independently on assignments.
- Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
