As an Oracle Cloud ERP Support Consultant, your daily tasks will include:
- Provide Functional and Technical support for Oracle Cloud ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM), ensuring system stability and performance
- Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of ERP functionalities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues
- Design, build and test Oracle Cloud ERP reports
Here's What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
- A minimum of 3 years’ Functional and Technical experience with implementing and/or support of Oracle Cloud ERP modules including hands-on expertise in the Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an advisory or consulting role
- Oracle Cloud ERP certifications are a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
