The Inspector/Packer is responsible for inspecting and packing bags to safely deliver the highest quality products at the best efficiency and lowest scrap possible using effective manufacturing methods.

- Follow all Key Operating Procedures, including but not limited to:
- Company and facility Policies
- Quality - SQF, Bag Specifications, Testing Frequencies and Procedures
- 5S/Good Housekeeping standards (keep machines and area sanitized and clean)
- Good Manufacturing Practices
- Food/Safety Security
- HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- Responsible for packing good quality bags into box as per bag specifications from a standing position with breaks every two hours.
- Responsible to ensure that box and tote counts are accurate as per the bag specification
- Responsible for stacking boxes of bags (approximately 70 to 75 pounds) onto pallets
