Description
- Resources will perform PC Refresh on a daily basis. There is a script to follow on the PC Refresh (No imaging) - Not looking for imaging techs.
- Will Roam around Washington DC metro for PC Refreshes
- Expectation: Daily basis: 5 machines a day
- Weekly expectation: 25 machines per week
Must have documented experience performing PC Refresh activities.

Refresh Technician
This is a refresh/Deployment project for refreshing machines->upgrading, replacing, and configuring PC devices.
- Conducted data migration and backups, including user account creation and Windows settings configuration for PCs, alongside iOS device management.
- Implemented automated email archiving and retention policies in Microsoft Exchange.
- Must have experience using migration tool or processes such as Microsoft User State Migration Tool (USMT) for PC data migration/refresh activities
