Qualifications
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
∙ Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, with at least 5 years in a management role.
∙ Experience in polyurethane manufacturing, CNC machining, or similar industries is highly desirable.
∙ Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale manufacturing operations.
∙ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and industry regulations.

- Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production targets are met.
- Manage and coordinate production schedules, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with maintenance and manufacturing engineering teams to reduce downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Ensure proper inventory management to support production demand and minimize waste.
- Leadership and Team Development :
- Supervise and mentor department managers across production, quality, engineering, and maintenance.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and identify leadership development opportunities.
- Lead daily production meetings and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Quality, Safety & Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, OSHA regulations, and other industry requirements.
- Maintain and improve quality control processes to meet customer expectations.
- Drive plant-wide adherence to safety protocols and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and collaborate with quality teams to resolve production issues.
- Process Improvement & Efficiency :
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements in production, labor utilization, and material flow.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles to improve plant performance.
- Support automation and technology enhancements that improve productivity without disrupting operations.
