Positions in this function include operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions including Claims and Network Operations.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need (during open enrollment period, October - February), to work occasional overtime and weekends. Our office located at 300 Burnett Plaza, Fort Worth, TX 76116 you will need to be available to come onsite for Quarterly team meetings.
We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.
If you are located within a commutable distance to Fort Worth, TX, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
- Data entry, including accurate input of information, maintaining databases, and ensuring data integrity.
- Communicating decisions on files to agents via email and implementing policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR Older
- 1 years of experience working in Customer Service
- Experience with AS400
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Experience with Microsoft Word (create and edit documents) and Outlook (manage e-mail inbox)
- Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need (during open enrollment period, October - February), to work occasional overtime and weekends
- Experience working in various roles within the healthcare field, such as medical billing and coding, patient care coordination, healthcare administration, clinical support, and medical records management
- Experience with data entry, including accurate information input, database maintenance, and ensuring data integrity
- Reside within a commutable distance to Fort Worth, TX,
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks that may be repetitive
- All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy
