Pricing Analyst

• Works directly with Pricing Director and CPQ pricing team to analyze and approve deal requests.
• Collaborates with Product Marketing to analyze and recommend programs and promotions.
• Perform cost/margin analyses to inform pricing decisions.
• Drive pricing proposals tied to RFPs and other opportunities.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement to drive efficiency and eliminate manual tasks.
• Creates standard work documentation and training aids for pricing processes.
• Assist the Pricing Director with development, implementation and tracking of team metrics.
• Assists in the resolution of pricing cases.
• Accurate maintenance of Customer Rebate Database. Strong attention to detail.
• Actively supports the sales and sales leadership teams with pricing and quote requests.
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel for assigned accounts.
• Drives and participates in cross-functional partnerships with internal teams to develop new program elements, content, process flows, and support initiatives that lead to new business opportunities.
• Displays a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner.
• Fosters adoption of company programs among assigned customers.
  
  

Pay Transparency Language

The base compensation range for this position is $ 68,000 to $ 75,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.

• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of pricing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen; demonstrated by the ability to analyze situations and make recommendations that are consistent with the company goals.
• Tactful and courteous listening, comprehension, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Amiable, tolerant, and enthusiastic approach to facilitating positive outcomes for diverse customer base.
• Capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
