Production Associate

We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals for our Paint Line Production position. Pay Rate: $21/hour, $31.50/hour overtime pay

• Averaging $1,200-1,400 per WEEK
  
  

Shift: Monday-Saturday, rotating 11PM-7AM / 7AM -3PM / 3PM -11PM

Shift differential - $1 for 2nd shift, $1.50 for 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory by labeling and storing materials.
• Safely locate, pull, and verify materials for production orders.
• Prepare raw materials for production, ensuring accurate setup.
• Work as a team to complete production setups and ensure seamless job transitions.
• Stitch and connect raw materials.
• Visually inspect raw and finished coils for defects like dents or scratches.
• Package coils per customer specifications.
• Operate or assist with forklift operations to transport materials safely.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic mathematics.
• Experience with basic measurements and comfort using a calculator.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
