Schedule: 3rd Shift | Sunday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:10 AM
- Sunday is paid as double time if all weekly shift hours, plus Saturday and Sunday, are worked

- Conduct line clearances, material counts, and verification of labeling stations
- Ensure all log books, documentation, and cleaning processes are completed accurately
- Maintain organization and security of production operations
- Communicate effectively with production teams and management
- Previous leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in cleanroom or production environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures
- Proficiency in computer systems for batch records and quality checks
- Ability to train new staff, take direction from supervisors, and provide guidance to production team members
- Reliability and punctuality, as the team relies on each individual to begin work on time
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production needs
