You will be provided with thorough training in Spika’s proprietary technology and machinery. Shifts Available
- Friday-Sunday 6AM-6PM (36 total hours but you will be paid equivalent to 40!)
- Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-3AM (generous shift differential included!)

- Team supervision and scheduling - oversee a dedicated team of production employees, managing daily work assignments, scheduling, and task prioritization. Ensure that team members are clear on responsibilities and equipped to meet production objectives
- Quality and safety compliance - ensure that all work adheres to quality standards, identifying and addressing issues to maintain product consistency and excellence. Enforce safety protocols and procedures, conducting routine checks to ensure a safe work environment
- Continuous improvement support - implement continuous improvement practices at the team level, identifying ways to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Encourage team involvement in improvement initiatives
- Employee development and engagement - support team members’ growth and development by providing on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster an environment that promotes engagement, teamwork, and accountability
- Performance monitoring - track daily production metrics, monitor team performance, and report issues or improvements to the Production Manager. Ensure production timelines are met and that any challenges are quickly addressed to support on-time delivery
- Collaboration and communication - serve as the liaison between the team and the Production Manager, communicating key updates and feedback. Work closely with other teams, such as quality and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and quick resolutions of production issues. Facilitate thorough communication between all shifts and departments within production.
