What's the Job?
- Oversee cheese packaging operations and ensure quality standards are met.
- Document attendance and answer employee questions to support team members.
- Enforce company policies and maintain a productive work environment.
- Set up and monitor packaging equipment for optimal performance.
- Perform general housekeeping and assist with Loaf Packer duties as needed.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work rotating weekends
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 65 lbs. and stand for long periods.
- 2nd Shift, 4pm to Done
- Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit
