- Collaborate with third-party developers to conceptualize, design, and develop new Horizon Worlds experiences.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful launches.
- Provide creative feedback and guidance to developers to enhance world quality and user engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including art, audio, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and high-quality output.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform future development and optimization strategies.
- 3 years of experience in game production, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines, including design, art, audio, and QA.
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, game development, business administration).
