Production Supervisor Job Details
- Schedule: M-F, 7am-3pm
- OT as needed
- Pay Rate: $50k-$60k/year
- Maintain production standards and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Oversee production schedules to meet output goals.
- Collaborate with the APQP team and coordinate mold changes with the production manager.
- Manage training, labor requirements, and personnel assignments.
- Ensure a safe, clean work environment and enforce company policies.
- Approve overtime, monitor labor costs, and develop shift/vacation schedules.
- Work with HR on personnel matters and coordinate maintenance/tool room services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support company objectives.
- Monitor inspection plans in the SPC system and remain on call as needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within production/manufacturing
- Strong mechanical, machine and production knowledge
- Highschool diploma or GED
