Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end support for our software applications in production environments.
- Monitor production systems and ensure availability and optimum performance.
- Ensuring stability, reliability, performance of our software systems.
- Lead and manage team of production support engineers providing technical guidance.
- Establish and maintain effective incident, problem and change management processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation on production support procedures and playbooks.
- Acquire and/or develop and implement tooling to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure team leads process for critical incidents, overseeing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployments of software solutions and minimizing production outages
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on system health, incident progress and long-term improvements.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices, emerging technologies and support methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and principles.
- Proficient in monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Experience in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines great communication skills
- Ability bring structure/process to team while maintaining comradery
- Bonus Knowledge: Datadog, Azure, Okta, ServiceNow
