You will be the Combat Systems Operations Integrator for the Combat Systems Operations team. Our team is responsible for supporting multiple directorates in the Aeronautics Engineering and Technology Combat Systems organization. Our team coordinates staffing, training, workforce development, employee engagement, financial resources, Digital Transformation initiatives, and process improvements across Combat Systems.

What You Will Be Doing

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Building a well rounded workforce for 21st Century Security managing Experienced Professional and College/Intern staffing management and workforce development execution
- Reliable staffing to programs and meeting overall headcount targets, tracking staffing and allocations to organizational targets and support staffing stakeholders utilizing VEMO tool and applicable Tableau Dashboards
- Maintaining the CS Staffing Business Rhythm of weekly, monthly and quarterly metric reviews/presentations, deliverables and reporting
- Leading Bi-annual Demand Planning updates
- Supporting LRP and Financials through Discretionary Budget Management - managing, tracking and reporting on overhead budget management
- Drive favorable overhead charging through proactive monitoring and remediation
- Leading meetings, manage project execution and budgets, track and report status and coordinate leadership communication
- Supporting 1LMX, 21CS and OneLM initiatives across BAs
- Supporting Program Execution through dashboards and analysis - maintaining dashboards, Confluence and SharePoint sites

- Data analytics experience
- Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline from an accredited college/university
- Understanding of Aeronautics College and Intern Hiring Business Rhythm
- Experience in hiring/staffing, staff development and training
- Staffing Metrics and data analytics understanding
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Experienced in various operations tools including VEMO Planning and RM, SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Demand Planning experience
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Change Management experience
- Experience with employee development
- Experience interacting with all levels within the organization from individual contributor to executives
- Master’s degree in business, engineering management or related field
