Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with planning and coordinating construction projects.
- Review project specifications and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to manage schedules and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality and safety compliance.
- Support budgeting and cost control efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or engineering (internships considered).
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Work on diverse and impactful construction projects.
