Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent work experience in a software engineering discipline
- 8 years’ Quality Assurance experience in an applicable software development environment with onshore and offshore team members
- 2 years’ experience working on Scrum teams, including involvement with various ceremonies and artifacts (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum, retrospectives, burndown, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of QA tools, SDLC work procedures, and applicable industries
- Automated testing of client-server applications
- API testing
- Experience in the Wholesale Distribution industry

Technical
- Experience with TFS or other application lifecycle management tools
- Proficient in testing client/server applications
- Proficient in creating/running SQL queries to validate expected test results
- Proficient in creating and interpreting metrics
- Proficient with Windows, Office, and Visio
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with scrum teams and product owners to create test cases
- Learns, understands, and communicates complex information quickly
- Business acumen to determine risk factors involved with testing processes
- Solves complex problems; uses research, analysis, and organizational expertise to develop creative, innovative solutions
