Key Responsibilities For This Role Include
- Answering and directing all incoming calls professionally.
- Welcoming clients to the showroom and managing client flow.
- Assisting sales staff and management with various tasks.
- Facilitating lease returns and paperwork management.
- Performing data entry and maintaining organization.
- Supporting a varied range of administrative functions.
PAY RATE: $19-23 Per Hour
Requirements
- Prior experience in a reception or administrative role; automotive reception experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and a team-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in phone and computer operations; familiarity with Google Suite and Excel preferred.
