Key Responsibilities
- Strategically Source Candidates: Utilize tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Conduct Initial Interviews: Evaluate talent and make recommendations to Hiring Managers.
- Collaborate with HR and Leaders: Partner with HR Business Partners and internal leaders to understand hiring needs and inform go-to-market strategies.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System: Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data throughout the recruitment process.
- Support Candidates: Guide candidates through the offer, background, and onboarding processes prior to their first day.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruiting.
- Persuasive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to project manage and prioritize in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
