Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Regulatory Analyst in Houston, Tx. The day to day of the role will include functioning as a liaison between state regulatory agencies and the company, managing and tracking external client communications for water allocation requests, interact with field operations & SCADA team on skim tank balances and P-18 processing. Along with analyzing skim tank volume data and skim oil sales for patterns and trends, ensuring regulatory records are accurately maintained for internal archives with meticulous attention to detail, and assisting with filings or requests from state agencies or internal departments. This position will have the opportunity to attend continuing education classes offered by state agencies.

Skills And Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in operational regulatory in midstream/upstream Oil and Gas
- Experienced in preparing, submitting and tracking regulatory and compliance filings for SWD wells as required by the Texas Railroad Commission (TRRC), Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC), and New Mexico Oil Conservation District (NMOCD)
- Highly experience in drilling and completions reports and Railroad Commission of Texas permitting; performing water and skim allocation processing and reporting, including the preparation and submission of skim oil condensate reports (RRC Form P-18)
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (V-look ups, X look ups, and Pivot tables, etc.)
- Basic knowledge in production accounting - Experience in production accounting
- Experience in the safety side of HSE null
