Must-Haves

• 4 years of experience leadingdevelopment teams
• 4 years in C# experience
• 4 years of cloud developmentexperience
• 3 years supporting/buildingREST API's
• 3 years working withrelational databases including handling schema changes, performanceoptimizations, etc.
• Effective ability tocommunicate clearly regarding project and user story requirements withstakeholders and anticipate where issues may come up during featuredevelopment
• Ability to understand systemresource constraints and develop performant solutions
• Strong ability to debug andtroubleshoot software and system issues
• Well-developed problem analysisand problem-solving techniques
• Team player who isself-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision

• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience leadingglobally-distributed development teams
• Experience developingcloud-native (PaaS) solutions
