Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following
- Works with Database leadership team to steer technical and procedural changes relative to best practices in database development and solutions
- Translates project designs into working database software solutions using a combination of Microsoft software development tools including SSIS, SSRS and T-SQL.
- Effectively plans and manages assignments spanning one or more client projects
- Develops, tests, and integrates code for new or existing database development
- Provides sustaining or maintenance support to existing databases
- Clearly communicates project issues and status to Database Development Manager or more senior database or IT staff
- Implements test strategies and procedures established by team and works with Process Quality Assurance to test all database code
