- Perform completeRFDesignfor 1st tierRFcarrier
- Search area issuance, candidate assessment, approvals, Macro / SmallsDesigns andRFdesignsupport for bringing these solutions on-air. Redesign mature network areas to minimize capacity constraints and improve SINR while working with other areas of the network to ensure performance fixes/initiatives are in place
- AToll experience
- Fuze experience
- RoofMaster / IXUS experience
- Perform Macro/Small CellDesign designincluding antenna selection and placement, utilizing knowledge of C-band, 5G, LTE, CDMA to contribute in networkdesign
- Create CIQs, E911 submissions, COPs etc.
- Work on new cell sites, making sure the site is properly integrated into the network and optimized for peak performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize components for best efficiency and reliability
