A Day in the Life
On any given day, you will work directly with current and potential customers to evaluate their needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and prepare competitive cost estimates. You'll collaborate with sales teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure Delta Star products are positioned for success.

A successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a customer-focused mindset. You'll stand out from other candidates if you have experience in sales with utility or industrial accounts, knowledge of power transformers and substation products, and the ability to build collaborative relationships both internally and externally. Most importantly, you're committed to progress, ownership, worth, excellence, and responsibility to ensure POWER AT ALL TIMES.
Education And Experience
You'll be expected to travel between 45% and 50% of the time. Additional travel will be necessary to attend conferences and marketing opportunities or to support plant visits with customers.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or another technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial sales experience (utility sales experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of medium voltage power transformers, mobile substations, mobile repair services, field services, transformer parts, and monitoring equipment is preferred.
